the location proved convenient near the tower and various bars i found the bed quite comfortable i appreciated the warm temperature within the room the staff demonstrated helpfulness and friendliness throughout my visit

The hotel location is superb. It is next to winter gardens. The staff members are friendly.
The room was down in the basement so access up steep stairs was difficult for me. Rooms were very cold. The ensuite was very small.

the location was acceptable as it was close to winter gardens.
Upon arrival, the room i booked (a beautiful double room) was not what i expected. the mattress felt old and the bedding looked worn (i even noticed a stain on the chair). also, the shower drain was clogged. This was definitely not ideal.

The location was close to the Winter Gardens.
The staff was impolite when I reported a broken picture frame. I even had photographic evidence. I was accused of lying and asked to leave at 9 pm, despite having paid for another night. When I requested a refund, a staff member pushed me, causing me to fall and hit my head.
