perfect location breakfast variety helpful staff
the location was perfect for exploring. the breakfast offered a good variety of options each morning. the staff helped me with directions and local attractions. it made navigating the area quite easy.
the hallway carpet showed slight wear.

convenient location comfortable bed friendly staff
the location proved convenient near the tower and various bars i found the bed quite comfortable i appreciated the warm temperature within the room the staff demonstrated helpfulness and friendliness throughout my visit

Acceptable stay near gardens
great location friendly staff winter gardens steep stairs cold room small ensuite
The hotel location is superb. It is next to winter gardens. The staff members are friendly.
The room was down in the basement so access up steep stairs was difficult for me. Rooms were very cold. The ensuite was very small.

adequate stay with noticeable drawbacks
worn bedding clogged drain
the location was acceptable as it was close to winter gardens.
Upon arrival, the room i booked (a beautiful double room) was not what i expected. the mattress felt old and the bedding looked worn (i even noticed a stain on the chair). also, the shower drain was clogged. This was definitely not ideal.
